Can I return my purchase?
We want you to love your order from Creation by Gi. If you’d like to return an item, please email info@creationbygi.com within 5 days of purchase.

Personalized or engraved items may be subject to a deduction from your refund as they cannot be resold.

Shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We start production quickly to get your order out as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet entered production, cancellation or changes may still be possible. Please contact our support team right away with your request and reason.
My item is damaged or incorrect, what do I do?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email our support team at info@creationbygi.com with your order number.

Attach a photo of the item.
We’ll send a replacement promptly.
Please don’t return items without authorization from our support team. - All damaged, defective or incorrect must notify our Support Team right away, after 30 days we can no longer replace the damage, defective or incorrect items.
