How long after ordering is my order shipped?

Each item at Creation by Gi is custom-crafted with care. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Please note that personalized or engraved items may take a little longer to create.

Which carriers do you use?

• Standard Shipping: Most orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations (UPS + USPS). UPS transports your package for most of its journey, then transfers it to USPS for final delivery. Packages are usually placed in your mailbox rather than at your door.

• Expedited Shipping: For an additional fee, we offer FedEx shipping. FedEx packages are typically left at your door.

• International Orders: Once your package arrives in your country, your local mail carrier will handle delivery.

How long does shipping take once dispatched?

All orders ship from our USA facility:

• USA: 2–4 business days

• Canada: 10–15 business days

• Western Europe: 5–15 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

• Rest of the World: 5–20 business days

Tip: Please check your local carrier’s website for possible weather or service delays.
