This website is operated by Creation by Gi. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Creation by Gi.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use this site.

All products in our store are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent into production and may not be canceled or changed.

Production time typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product.

Because our products are custom printed on-demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 5 days of receipt at info@creationbygi.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

• Your name and email

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

We cannot accept returns for issues caused by:

• Customer error (wrong size, wrong color, wrong address, etc.)

• Normal wear and tear

• Delays from the postal service
